It's unclear what the personal health matter is, though it's evidently serious enough that he must step away from the team. Whether he'll be able to return this season remains to be seen, but the Rams will need to find a replacement for him in the starting lineup, as he's started every game this season, averaging 10.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.9 steals over 26.8 minutes. KeShawn Curry is a top candidate to take over the starting shooting guard role.
