Veteran presence in Argentina
Head Coach Kevin McGeehan stated that Gensler did what he was supposed to do and played like a veteran during the team's trip to Argentina, Jeff Goodman of WatchStadium.com reports.
ANALYSIS
With last year's top two scorers in Chris Clemons and Andrew Eudy departing due to graduation, the focus has turned to Gensler, a rising senior to lead the team to glory this upcoming season. Last year, Gensler was third on the team in minutes played and points scored per game and is now expected to step into the spotlight for a particularly young Campbell team. He showed his veteran leadership during the team's Argentina tour and will hopefully continue to put that on display as the team pushes forward to the regular season.
