Remains in NBA Draft
FMichigan
June 1, 2022
Houstan will keep his name in the NBA Draft, per Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
ANALYSIS
The forward was an every-game starter for the Wolverines as a freshman in 2021. His numbers were't eye-popping, dropping 10.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists across 32 minutes per game. As previously indicated by Houstan declining a combine invite, one or more NBA teams have likely extended him some form of draft guarantee. Juwan Howard's team has been reloading quickly on the recruiting trail, so Michigan shouldn't struggle mightily replacing Houstan's numbers.
