Noel Devine- big-name undrafted free-agent heading to the Eagles: Devine signed as an undrafted free-agent with the Eagles on Tuesday. Reports earlier in the day had Devine signing with the Falcons, but now it looks like he will begin his professional career with the Eagles. Philadelphia lacks an established backup running back, so Devine, despite his lack of size, will have an opportunity to earn a roster spot. Devine, even though he went undrafted, may be able to carve out some sort of role with the Eagles given the talent he clearly displayed in college.
 
Paul Posluszny- leaving the Bills: Posluszny has agreed to terms on a six-year deal with the Jaguars.  Posluszny said he was going to give the Bills a fair chance to re-sign him, but we assume that six years equates to a monster contract Buffalo wasn't willing to match. Posluszny will go back to manning the middle of a 4-3 defense where he's always been a bit more comfortable. He racks up his eye-popping tackle totals regardless, so he should remain toward the top of the LB cheat sheets in formats where tackles weigh heavily.
 
Randy McMichael- returning to the Chargers: McMichael agreed to a one-year contract with the Chargers on Tuesday. McMichael caught 20 passes for 221 yards and two touchdowns last year with the Chargers. He will return to the team as the team's top reserve behind Antonio Gates who could be a bye-week fill at TE were Gates to miss any games in 2011.
 
Devin Aromashodu- headed to the Vikings: Aromashodu agreed to a one-year contract with the Vikings on Tuesday. Aromashodu caught just 10 passes in 14 games with the Bears last season, but he has shown glimpses of potential in the past, including a Week 16 game against his new team in 2009 in which he totaled 150 receiving yards. Aromashodu is unlikely to make a fantasy impact this season, but on a team in need of receiving help, he could see a bit more action this year than he did in 2010, especially if Sidney Rice leaves the Vikings.
 
Santana Moss- returning to the Redskins: Moss has agreed to a three-year, $15 million deal with the Redskins. The deal is said to call for a $5 million signing bonus and includes $6 million of guaranteed money. Moss said he wanted to re-sign with Washington quickly after the lockout and he didn't disappoint. Even though Moss doesn't get into the end zone much anymore and he's 32 years old, he has caught 242 passes over the last three seasons and he'll probably be the No. 1 guy in the receiving game again for whomever is quarterbacking the Redskins this season. It remains to be seen if his signing will preclude the team from making a run at either Santonio Holmes or Braylon Edwards, but keeping him on board helps brings some valuable stability to the Redskins' work-in-progress offense.
 
Tarvaris Jackson- headed to the Seahawks: Jackson has agreed to terms with the Seahawks. Jackson will compete with Charlie Whitehurst in training camp for the starting job. Perhaps Jackson has a leg up because he played for new Seattle offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell in Minnesota. Either way, neither is a great fantasy option, nor a great real-life option, for that matter.
