More players worth considering in fantasy NBA leagues. All "percent owned" stats come from Yahoo! Fantasy Basketball; your mileage may vary.
In Milwaukee: Keyon Dooling (11|PERCENT| owned) is starting in Brandon Jennings' place, and he has put up nice numbers as a fill-in starter in the past -- he'll get a chance to run the Bucks while Brandon Jennings is sidelined. But veteran guard Earl Boykins (2|PERCENT|) has stolen the show; coming off the bench in Dooling's regular role, he's led the Bucks in scoring and averaged over 20 points per game in their last two games.
Milwaukee's frontcourt is also dinged up. Drew Gooden has plantar fasciitis -- an injury that tends to linger unless given time to heal. That means rookie Larry Sanders (1|PERCENT| owned) will get minutes on a regular basis.
Orlando's new-look lineup seems to be coming together. Ryan Anderson (3|PERCENT| owned) has moved up in the rotation since the trades, and has averaged ten points and seven boards in two games. The Magic want to stretch the floor and give Dwight Howard room to operate... Anderson is a good shooter with size who can serve as a "stretch four" and complement to Brandon Bass.
The Bulls are bringing Taj Gibson (45|PERCENT| owned) along slowly after last week's concussion, but he's going to have a big role in Joakim Noah's place once he's completely healthy. After playing under a minute in Wednesday's game, Gibson played 13 against the Knicks on Christmas Day.
Mehmet Okur (38|PERCENT| owned) participated in a full practice on Friday and is expected to play as soon as Monday, though it's not at all clear how big a role he'll have behind Al Jefferson and/or Paul Millsap.
And San Antonio's Gary Neal (5|PERCENT| owned) has now scored in double figures in four straight games -- including two straight 22-point performances against Phoenix and Denver. He's a fairly one-dimensional player, offering very little in the way of assists or steals or, well, anything except buckets. But he'll continue to get run while George Hill (toe) is hurting.
