-Donavan McNabb will be under center for the Redskins Sunday. McNabb confirmed this earlier in the day even though his ankle isn't 100 percent. In other Redskins news, trade talks have been supposedly reopened between them and Tennessee over Albert Haynesworth.
-Isaac Redman will be the Steelers goal line and short-yardage back, according to head coach Mike Tomlin. This is concerning for Rashard Mendenhall owners as he could lose a few touchdowns as a result. Redman becomes an interesting player to pick up in deep leagues as he led the team with a 5.0 YPC preseason average. Dennis Dixon will start over Charlie Batch at quarterback for Pitt.
-Pete Carroll has named Justin Forsett and not Leon Washington the starting running back. Don't worry Washington owners; he'll still see plenty of touches out of the backfield.
-Michael Bush was back at practice on Monday. This is a lightning-quick return given previous estimates and he's still got a shot to play as soon as this week. It remains to be seen how the thumb will affect his grip on the football.
-Mark Clayton went from fantasy irrelevance to a deep sleeper after landing in St. Louis. Sam Bradford has looked excellent this preseason and after the Donnie Avery injury hasn't seen any of his wide receivers look like anything special.
-Tim Hightower was named the starter in Arizona. The Cardinals look to be more of a running team this year and Beanie Wells should still get plenty of touches as long as his knee holds up.
