Training Camp Notes

-Larry Fitzgerald. Everything equates to him being fine for Week 1.   He seems to be falling far in drafts and thus makes for a good value pick. Ditto for Owen Daniels, whose MRI says he's 100 percent.

-Sidney Rice has had hip surgery and could be out for the season. Maybe he should have done this back in, hmm I don't know, February? Point is: don't take him as an early pick. Think late-round flier in terms of fantasy; he |STAR|might|STAR| be back when it counts.

- Donovan McNabb won't play in Friday's preseason game. His ankle has been bothering him which could reduce his mobility this year (not that he was running a lot last year).

-Todd Haley is quietly recognizing Jamaal Charles as his top RB and states that his shoulder recovering from surgery has a lot to do with his #2 spot on the depth chart. In the late second/early third round, remember that.

-Ronnie Brown thinks he is completely healthy following his foot surgery. As long as he's healthy he's good, but that's a big if.

-Montario Hardesty's knee injury is being labeled as a bone contusion and has nothing to do with his past injuries on that knee. The Browns still appear to be high on him and it may be a matter of time before he overtakes Jerome Harrison.

-Darrelle Revis and the Jets still seem to be far apart from a deal despite conflicting reports. If Revis ends up not playing, Randy Moss should have a firm hold as the #2 or #3 fantasy WR after Andre Johnson.
