I watched only parts of the first half last night, and after seeing the score in the morning - and considering the teams involved - thought better of going back over the entire game. It was nice to see the Ravens cover, though. I set the line at 10.5, saw it open at 10, laid the wood and then watched the line move all the way down to 7.5. But I prefer favorites on Thursday night, particularly if they're at home.

• Terrance West got 21 carries, but only 65 yards rushing. He did catch one pass for 12 yards, but rookie Kenneth Dixon was more efficient (6-for-38), and caught five passes for 42 more yards. The problem for West is a home game against the Browns is as good as it gets, and Dixon looks like the pass-catching back now, with a chance to take on a bigger early-down role.
• Breshard Perriman finally made an appearance, catching three of his four targets and scoring a TD. He's 6-2, 212, blazingly fast, and the Ravens don't have any world beaters standing in his way. Of course, the Ravens passing game has limited upside.
• Steve Smith caught five of his seven targets for 60 yards. It's amazing he's still relevant at 37.
• Playing a Thursday night game in Baltimore is a tough draw, but no one on the Cleveland offense did anything of note. It's unclear whether Cody Kessler lost the job to Josh McCown, who replaced him in the third quarter, but the only player that would likely affect is Gary Barnidge.
