Barnes, who will be re-evaluated in three weeks after suffering an orbital fracture in the Raptors' Oct. 28 overtime loss to the Nuggets, will not require surgery, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.

The 2024 All-Star forward sustained the injury after taking an elbow to the face from Nikola Jokic in the fourth quarter of the loss to Denver. Though the 23-year-old will avoid a potential lengthier absence by eschewing surgery, he's still expected to miss significant time.
