Stockton finished with 22 points (7-18 FG, 4-12 3 Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds and 12 assists across 33 minutes Tuesday in the G League Valley Suns' 121-120 loss to the Texas Legends.
ANALYSIS
Stockton had a strong performance after missing Friday's contest with an undisclosed issue, recording a double-double. Although the veteran guard didn't shoot well from deep in Tuesday's loss to the Legends (4-for-12), the 33-year-old is averaging a G League career-high 47.6 percent from beyond the arc during the 2024-25 campaign. He's also putting up decent numbers across the board, averaging 13.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks per game this season with Valley.

2015 Fantasy Outlook
As the son of NBA Hall-of-Famer John Stockton, David Stockton made his NBA debut with Sacramento in February of last season. In 22 games, he averaged 11.0 minutes, 2.7 points, and 3.0 assists while shooting 33 percent from the field and 50 percent from the line. Stockton possesses many of the similar ball distribution traits of his dad, but at 5-11, he's undersized, even for a point guard, and is a consistent liability on defensive. Stockton seemed to have a glimmer of hope to win the backup point guard job when Ray McCallum was traded to the Spurs, but he will likely again be tied to the bench with Rajon Rondo, Darren Collison, and Seth Curry on the roster.
