Merejo is slashing .356/.446/.756 with three home runs, three steals and an 11:6 K:BB in 14 games for Single-A Lynchburg.
ANALYSIS
The 18-year-old first baseman/right fielder fared well in the Arizona Complex League, but he didn't set the world on fire, slashing .250/.417/.421 with four homers and eight steals in 47 games. However, he only hit .155 with 30 strikeouts in his first 27 games. Merejo has a 1.175 OPS across both stops since June 18 and appears to be fully breaking out in the second half.
