2020 Fantasy Outlook
Miller was called up by the Twins in September to add depth to the outfield and add speed as a pinch runner. He hit just .176 in 12 games and mostly served as insurance for an injured outfield in September. While he hit just .264 with a .777 OPS between two clubs at Triple-A, he had 35 steals on 42 attempts. The Cubs signed him to a minor-league deal this offseason, so he could reprise his September role as a pinch runner and defensive replacement. His speed is tantalizing, but it's hard to envision how he would play enough to move the needle in most fantasy formats.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Bench role in September?
OFMinnesota Twins
August 30, 2019
Miller, who has 35 stolen bases at Triple-A this season, could get a look in a bench role in September.
ANALYSIS
The Twins don't run much -- in fact, they have the fewest stolen bases in the major leagues -- but it might be nice to have some speed on the bench and in the outfield in September. Byron Buxton (shoulder) appeared to be nearing a return but recently had a setback, and that may help Miller's cause. Minnesota acquired Miller from Seattle earlier this month in exchange for cash considerations.
