ANALYSIS
The 31-year-old missed the entirety of last season while rehabbing from Tommy John surgery, and he'll attempt a comeback with the Braves in 2021. Bradford last pitched for the Mariners in 2019, posting a 4.86 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 11:4 K:BB over 16.2 innings. He was a solid bullpen piece for Seattle the year prior with a 3.69 ERA in 46 outings.

2019 Fantasy Outlook
The Mariners claimed Bradford off waivers from the Mets last winter. After falling short of winning a spot in the Mariners' Opening Day bullpen, he was sent to Triple-A Tacoma. Bradford didn't stay down long, making the short jaunt up I-5 to Seattle after pitching in just one game for the Rainiers. He had a good first half, checking in with a 2.72 ERA and 1.07 WHIP at the break. The second half wasn't so kind as Bradford spent most of August back on the I-5 shuttle as Seattle utilized his option to keep a fresh bullpen. His performance also dipped (5.71 ERA, 1.73 WHIP after the break). Bradford throws four pitches but none serve as his out pitch, perhaps because they're all within seven mph of each other. When his control is on, Bradford can be effective, but a low 17% strikeout rate renders him vulnerable to big innings. With an option remaining, this could be another season with multiple 35-mile treks between Seattle and Tacoma.
