Colton Murray

Murray made his first trip to the majors after a strong year split between Double-A and Triple-A. In a combined 52 appearances, he was 8-3 with a 2.67 ERA and a 77:31 K:BB ratio across 77.2 innings. He saw action in just eight games with the Phillies, maintaining his solid strikeout rate while also getting hit around a bit. Murray has a solid fastball and relies primarily on a curveball for his offspeed pitch. He will get a chance to compete for a bullpen spot this spring.
