2017 Fantasy Outlook
Kieboom began 2016 without a single plate appearance at the Double-A level or higher, but that didn't stop him from earning a September call to the majors after spending most of 2016 with Double-A Harrisburg. He didn't exactly blow anyone away at the plate with Harrisburg, slashing .230/.324/.314. It was his first year above Low-A, so he has some time to grow. Another season in the upper levels of the minors might be in the cards for the 2012 fifth-round pick out of Clemson. Last season was also one of the first fully healthy seasons for the catcher, as he missed almost all of 2013 following Tommy John surgery and was hampered by concussion symptoms throughout the 2015 season. Staying healthy will be a key for Kieboom's progression as he looks to refine his game at Double-A and Triple-A.
