Matt Fields

Fields followed up an impressive 31-homer campaign at Double-A Northwest Arkansas in 2013 by falling just two long balls shy of 30 home runs in his first season at Triple-A Omaha. He actually improved his batting average by 40 points over the span of just one season, and posted an impressive .252 ISO at the Triple-A level. Though he still struck out at a rate of 30.5% in 2014, it was the best mark of the 29-year-old Fields' minor league career. He was never a highly-touted prospect, but Fields could see time in the majors this year as a powerful bat off the bench if he continues trending in this direction.
