Past Fantasy Outlooks
2013
2012
Silverio was a prospect on the rise after batting .306/.340/.542 for Double-A Chattanooga in 2011. Unfortunately, a serious automobile accident last January left him with a major concussion and he wound up missing the entire 2012 season. Silverio was taken off the 40-man roster in November, and the Marlins elected to pick him up in the Rule 5 Draft. If Miami finds a way to keep him on their active roster all season, he has a much clearer path to playing time in his new organization in 2013 and beyond.
