ANALYSIS

2012 Fantasy Outlook
On paper Rosario should be an elite relief prospect, mixing a high-90s fastball with a solid change-up and slider, but despite the high-octane stuff he's been hittable in the minors and couldn't even manage to strike out a batter an inning as a 24-year-old in Double-A. He'll get a look in the spring, but expect him to go back to Triple-A for more seasoning in 2012.
