There was not much pre-draft hype surrounding Horvath coming out of UNC due to hit tool concerns, but in classic Orioles fashion, he raked while climbing to High-A after they selected him in the second round. He plays all over in the middle of the defensive spectrum and has plus speed to go with plus raw power. Arguably the biggest knock is that the Orioles won't have room for him anytime soon. He should head back to High-A and could force a rise up lists if he makes as much contact as he did in his brief pro debut. Read Past Outlooks
