Cleavinger, who underwent surgery in May to repair a torn ACL and meniscus in his right knee, is expected to be fully healthy for spring training. Prior to the injury, the southpaw was expected to secure a high-leverage role in the Rays' bullpen and compiled a respectable 3.00 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 14:6 K:BB ratio over 12 innings.
