Lambert worked as a swingman for Colorado last season with 11 starts in 25 appearances, and he posted a 4.50 ERA as a starter and a 6.89 ERA in relief. He was limited by injury for most of 2021 and 2022 but was able to cover 109 innings between Triple-A and the majors last year. Lambert was once one of the Rockies top pitching prospects, and his decent numbers as a starter in 2023 could garner him another look in 2024.
