After taking a brief look at the free-agent landscape over the winter, Miley wound up re-signing with the Brewers on a one-year, $8.5 million contract with a $12 million mutual option for 2025. Having pitched for eight different organizations over parts of 13 major-league seasons, he's put down roots in Milwaukee and generally pitched better there than anywhere else. The veteran left-hander will likely go undrafted in most standard leagues this spring because he doesn't offer much upside in the strikeouts department, but Miley is sure to a popular streamer in favorable matchups as the 2024 campaign rolls along.
