PITCHER
Chase Anderson, MIL vs. CHC($8,000): Anderson has been a dominant pitcher at home (2.34 ERA), which he's done by pitching more to contact, owning only a 21.4 percent strikeout rate. That may keep his upside in check Sunday, but he hasn't allowed more than three earned runs in any of his last 14 starts, giving him plenty of stability even against a capable Cubs offense that he limited to one hit over five scoreless innings on Sept. 9.
CATCHER
Gary Sanchez, NYY vs. TOR ($3,400): The game's premier offensive backstop is $400 off from being the top-priced player at his position. Isn't that the definition of a bargain? Sanchez has a .368 wOBA and 130 wRC+ against righties and is hitting .318 in September. Despite the current surge that Kurt Suzuki is on, it just seems crazy that he's priced higher than Sanchez, and I'll happily pay an average price for Sanchez's potential.
FIRST BASE
Matt Carpenter, STL at PIT ($4,000): Carpenter has swung well away from home, especially against opposite-handed arms, posting a .385 wOBA, .262 ISO and 140 wRC+. That should play well against Jameson Taillon, who has struggled since an injury derailed his hot start, posting a 6.86 second-half ERA while allowing a .395 wOBA to lefties since Aug. 17.
SECOND BASE
Yoan Moncada, CWS vs. KAN ($3,900): Moncada has a .365 wOBA and 130 wRC+ against righties, but he has surged down the stretch, owning a .414 wOBA and 163 wRC+ over his last 38 plate appearances dating back to Sept. 9. Royals starter Ian Kennedy is very stackable against with the limited number of games in Sunday's main slate, and he's allowing a .405 wOBA and 1.025 OPS to lefties since Aug. 23.
THIRD BASE
Mike Moustakas, KAN at CWS ($2,600): The price here has simply fallen too low for a player with 37 home runs. And that's even while knowing Moustakas has only seven homers in 158 second-half at bats. He still carries a .378 wOBA and 136 wRC+ against righties on the road, while White Sox rookie Lucas Giolito has allowed a .341 wOBA and five homers to lefties over 48 batters faced.
SHORTSTOP
Johan Camargo, ATL vs. PHI ($2,800): Camargo has a .391 wOBA and 142 wRC+ over his last 14 days, collecting 11 hits in 10 games. He seems safe to pencil into the lineup after Saturday's day off, and faces a struggling Nick Pivetta, who has a 7.29 road ERA and 8.29 ERA in the second half of the season.
OUTFIELD
Brett Gardner, NYY vs. TOR ($4,100): Gardner saw an 11-game hit streak snapped in his return to the lineup Saturday after missing time due to a shoulder ailment. He posted a .424 wOBA and 168 wRC+ during that span, going back to Sept. 9, and is nine of 30 with a .910 OPS in his career against Jays' starter Marcus Stroman.
Andrew Benintendi, BOS at CIN ($4,000): The Red Sox continually emphasize putting the ball in play, which makes them a difficult team to stack, but it makes Benintendi the safest option Sunday as well, especially with Mookie Betts' dealing with a foot injury. Benintendi has a stable .354 wOBA and 118 wRC+ against righties since Sept. 8, virtually identical to his season-long .353/117 slash against righties on the road. Meanwhile, Reds' starter Jackson Stephens allowed five runs in 3.2 innings in his first start and had a 4.92 ERA and 1.49 WHIP in Triple-A.
Nicky Delmonico, CWS vs. KAN ($2,500): Delmonico has dealt with a wrist injury of late that has limited his playing time, so be sure he's in the lineup before rolling the dice. Assuming he is, he'll be just that, as he a .373 wOBA, .216 ISO and 135 wRC+ against righties against the aforementioned struggling Ian Kennedy.
