Knee
March 3, 2021
Casboult suffered a jarred knee in the team's intraclub match and will skip the Community Series game versus St. Kilda as a result, the AFL's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Casboult is believed to be a candidate to take the field for Round 1 still, but his status will be worth monitoring as the opener approaches. The forward appeared in 17 games for the Blues last season, tallying 10 goals and eight behinds on the season while averaging 8.9 disposals and 4.7 marks.
Physical performance Saturday
FCarlton Blues
August 15, 2020
Casboult ended with nine disposals (eight kicks, one handball), six marks, one goal, one behind and one tackle in Saturday's 40-36 victory over Fremantle.
ANALYSIS
Casboult shifted around the ground in the victory, turning in a well-rounded performance. His physical presence was certainly a factor in the low-scoring encounter, allowing him to slide into the ruck on occasions. Despite playing both ends of the pitch, Casboult has struggled to put up solid fantasy production in recent weeks and this could be a nice buy-low opportunity.
Kicks three goals in victory
FCarlton Blues
June 27, 2020
Casboult ended with 14 disposals (12 kicks, two handballs), nine marks, one tackle and three goals in Saturday's 52-51 victory over the Bombers.
ANALYSIS
Casboult joined Mitch McGovern as the only multiple goal scorers for the Blues in what was a nail-biting victory. Having now kicked eight majors for the season, Casboult is certainly emerging as a key forward as Carlton look to rebuild. The Blues trailed by 12 points midway through the final term before cool heads prevailed, leading them to an improbable victory.
