2022 Fantasy Outlook
Walker joined the Mercury for her second season in the WNBA and started seven straight games early on. However, she found herself on the fringes of the rotation to close out the year. Although she made improvements by averaging 4.5 points in 14.7 minutes per game, she was waived by Phoenix in mid-January and was subsequently claimed by Atlanta. She should continue to handle a reserve role while playing for her third team in as many seasons. While it's not yet clear whether Cheyenne Parker, Nia Coffey or Kia Vaughn will take on a starting role in Atlanta's frontcourt, Walker will likely continue to face an uphill battle to see consistent playing time. She averaged just 3.6 points in 10.9 minutes per game across her 22 appearances off the bench in 2021.
