Katie Lou Samuelson

Samuelson made 27 appearances (24 starts) for Seattle last season and averaged 7.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 21.0 minutes while shooting 45.6 percent overall and 35.1 percent from deep, easily her most productive season in the WNBA. The Sparks acquired the 6-foot-3 wing – and a first-round pick – this offseason in exchange for Gabby Williams, which will mark Samuelson's fourth team in as many seasons since being drafted fourth overall in 2019. It's unclear how big of a role she will have for Los Angeles, but she figures to be a core part of the rotation in 2022.
