Amanda Zahui B.

Zahui B. didn't play in the WNBA during the 2022 campaign due to overseas obligations. She was traded twice during the offseason and wound up in Washington, where she figures to compete for the backup center gig behind Shakira Austin. Austin had a strong rookie season, so the starting job appears to be hers to lose, though Zahui B. is a proven veteran who could push the youngster for playing time. Zahui B has finished with at least 8.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in three straight seasons (2019-2021) with two different teams (Liberty and Sparks) and will look to continue that streak to four consecutive campaigns. However, the last time the veteran garnered a reserve role (2018), she posted just 7.7 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.4 blocks in 15.9 minutes per game.
