George Baldock

Baldock is leaving Sheffield United at the end of his contract.

Baldock (calf) is expected to miss six weeks, according to manager Chris Wilder."It's a difficult one because of how highly we think about George from a personality point of view, his characteristics, as a culture carrier and an all-round good player. So for him to get injured on international duty is a difficult one for us to take as well. It's disappointing news for both George and ourselves."

Baldock (calf) is not in the Sheffield United squad to face Fulham on Saturday.

Baldock is in question for Saturday's match against Fulham after going down with a calf issue while on international duty with Wales, as manager Chris Wilder stated, "Baldock is going to be touch and go to be involved at the weekend. I don't think it's as bad as first feared so hopefully that will be kept down to a minimum."

Baldock recorded four clearances during the 2-2 draw to Bournemouth on Mar 9.
