Opponent at 237 replaced again
Bernardo will now face Viviane Araujo at UFC 237 on Saturday, Brett Okamoto of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
For the second time, Bernardo's opponent at UFC 237 has been changed after it was originally announced that Melissa Gato was replacing Jessica-Rose Clark. Gato has had to pull out for an undisclosed reason, so UFC will go with a late-stage replacement of Araujo. Bernardo is looking to push her UFC record to .500 after losing her first two outings and recovering with a win in October.

Added to Brazil card at UFC 237
Bernardo has been added to the card against Jessica-Rose Clark at UFC 237 on May 11.
ANALYSIS
Bernardo has had her UFC career begin to less-than-stellar results, losing her first two against Marion Reneau and Irene Aldana before starting to right the ship with a win over Sarah Moras in October. She'll seek to prove the win wasn't a fluke against Clark, and Bernardo get the advantage of fighting in her home country of Brazil. Clark also has three fights in UFC on her resume, but with better results in wins over Bec Rawlings and Paige VanZant while the sole loss was against Jessica Eye.

Picks up first UFC win in Moncton
Bernardo defeated Sarah Moras via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Moncton, New Brunswick.
ANALYSIS
Bernardo came into this fight as a slight underdog, but she looked solid for the majority of the fight. She was able to score takedowns in the first two rounds and did strong work from the top. Bernardo never landed very many strikes, but she passed guard multiple time, and put herself in position to win the fight. In the third round, she faded. Moras took the opportunity and nearly completed the comeback. However, Bernardo held on for the victory and picked up her first UFC victory.

Heading to Moncton to take on Sarah Moras
Bernardo will take on Sarah Moras in a bantamweight matchup at UFC Moncton on Oct. 27.
ANALYSIS
Bernardo got her opportunity in the UFC as a late-notice replacement for Germaine de Randamie, so nobody can fault her for that loss, but the 31-year-old was then bested by Irene Aldana in her follow-up effort. Still looking to get back in the win column, she'll now take on the No. 14-ranked bantamweight in Moras, who hails from Canada, where the event is being held. Bernardo's striking defense has been her biggest concern, as she's absorbed nearly 2.00 significant strikes more than she's landed during the brief sample size. She has shown some takedown prowess, which would be a logical area to exploit with Moras defending just 14 percent of takedowns over a four-fight sample size.
