Crosbie lost to Sam Patterson via submission (arm-triangle choke) at 2:50 of Round 1 at UFC 304 on Saturday in Manchester, England.
ANALYSIS
This was a tough draw for Crosbie. Fighting for the first time since last September against a legitimately talented prospect, he entered as a +370 underdog, second-largest on the entire card. Crosbie offered zero resistance, getting popped on the feet a handful of times before giving up an easy takedown and getting choked out. Already 34 years of age and having suffered back-to-back submission defeats in his first two UFC bouts, it's no guarantee Crosbie gets another shot with the company.

Taps out in UFC debut

Crosbie lost to Kevin Jousset via submission (rear-naked choke) at 4:49 of Round 1 at UFC 293 on Saturday in Sydney, Australia.
ANALYSIS
A former seven-fight Bellator veteran, Crosbie showed little in his UFC debut. He clipped Jousset with a handful of shots early on before it all fell apart. Crosbie appeared likely to see Round 2, but he was forced up against the fence late in the opening frame and was immediately dragged to the mat and choked out by Jousset. The lack of defense displayed was highly concerning. Set to turn 34 years of age next April, Crosbie's long-term outlook is bleak.
