Garcia was released from UFC on Tuesday, Aaron Bronsteter of TSN Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Garcia made his debut less than six months ago but has been released after losing both his fights. In July he lost to Mark De la Rosa via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:00 of Round 2 in Boise and then he lost via unanimous decision (25-30, 25-30, 26-30) a few weeks ago in Adelaide, Australia.

Struggles continues Saturday in Australia
BantamweightUFC
December 1, 2018
Garcia lost to Kai Kara-France via unanimous decision (25-30, 25-30, 26-30) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Adelaide, Australia.
ANALYSIS
He did all he could, but Garcia's novice striking skills all but eliminated any chance he had to win this fight. Garcia managed to clamp on a couple of deep submission attempts in Round 2 due to some foolish decision making by his opponent, but Garcia ultimately couldn't take advantage. A product of Dana White's Lookin' for a Fight YouTube series, Garcia has now been dominated in both of his two official UFC bouts. He might not get a third opportunity with the company, but on the bright side, he'll go home $50,00 richer after receiving a Fight of the Night bonus.
Suffers first career loss in official UFC debut

Garcia lost to Mark De la Rosa via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:00 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Boise, Idaho.
ANALYSIS
Garcia's first official UFC bout results in his first career loss. A product of Dana White's Lookin' for a Fight series, Garcia's success on the feet (48-25 edge in total strikes landed) was more than cancelled out by the fact he was unable to defend himself on the mat. Garcia allowed De la Rosa to rack up more than two minutes worth of control time in the brief contest. Garcia will get another shot, but this was an inauspicious debut.
Will make debut on Boise card

Garcia will make his UFC debut against Mark De la Rosa at UFC Boise on July 14, MMAFighting.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Training out of the esteemed Roufuspport MMA Academy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Garcia is undefeated as an amateur and 3-0 in professional bouts. The 25-year-old has displayed a diverse set of skills to date, picking up victories via TKO and with a variety of submissions. He'll draw another young prospect in the 23-year-old de la Rosa, who was 9-0 as a professional prior to losing his UFC debut to Tim Elliot last December.
