Colombo lost to Marcelo Golm via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:08 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
ANALYSIS
Colombo wasn't competitive. He was getting blasted on the feet just seconds after the opening bell rang and he was forced to tap out after absorbing a ton of early damage. The 37-year-old Dutch kickboxing specialist is now 0-2-1 in the UFC. He will be lucky to get a third opportunity with the company.

Looks dreadful in loss to Luis Henrique Saturday
HeavyweightUFC
November 19, 2016
Colombo lost to Luis Henrique via submission (guillotine choke) at 2:12 of Round 3 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
ANALYSIS
Colombo lasted more than 12 minutes, but it was an ugly effort throughout. Unable to defend himself on the feet, and completely unable to defend the takedown, Colombo was a beaten, bloody mess by the time he finally tapped out in Round 3. Colombo doesn't move well, and at age-36, there's no reason to believe any improvement is forthcoming. He is now 0-1-1 in his first two UFC fights. A release isn't entirely out of the question here.
