It's the first professional loss of Bilder's career, and he more than earned it. Entering as a stunning -275 favorite, Blake looked good for about four minutes. It was all downhill from there. He was rocked by Nelson late in Round 1 before landing just a dozen total strikes in Round 2. With the bout possibly up for grabs in Round 3, Bilder showboated and went for repeated massive roundhouse kicks which had no chance of landing, instead of actually trying to win. Set to turn 33 years of age in the middle of July and with all of ten professional fights under his belt, Bilder's ceiling isn't particularly high.
