Holtet took a step back, posting just 19 points in 67 games in the AHL after a 31-point campaign the year prior. He's got some scorind coming up behind him in James Neal and Jamie Bean, and doesn't look like a top-6 NHLer at this point.

Holtet has yet to showcase his offensive game in two seasons in the AHL that were hoped for when he was selected 42nd overall in 2002. He'll spend another year in the minors.
