Ryan MacInnis

MacInnis saw his first NHL action in 2019-20, posting one assist in 10 games. He made more noise with AHL Cleveland with 30 points in 45 outings. A pass-first player, the second-round pick from 2014 shouldn't be written off just yet. He's got a chance to challenge Riley Nash for the fourth-line center job in 2020-21, but he'll need to be steady defensively to impress head coach John Tortorella. That's a winnable battle for a roster spot, but it's more likely MacInnis spends another year in a minor-league role.
