Goalie
Chad Johnson, BUF vs ARI ($7,600): Johnson is coming off of a solid effort against the Blackhawks in his last start, stopping 34 of 37 shots against en route to a victory and 27.2 FanDuel points. Arizona has been hot of late, but they have to travel east to Buffalo, and the road hasn't been friendly to them of late. They have just nine goals in their last four games away from Arizona.
Center
Jack Eichel, BUF vs ARI ($7,400): Eichel, even at $7,400, is a value option on Wednesday's short slate against the Coyotes, who have allowed 28 points to centers over their last 13 games. In two games since returning from a one-month injury absence, Eichel has an assist and 10 SOG while logging 18:14 and 19:26 of ice time. Lock in Eichel at home, where he has 90 points in 100 career games.
Derick Brassard, PIT at MTL ($5,200): The Canadiens have really struggled with centers over the last month, allowing the most fantasy points in the league to the position. With 16 goals and 22 assists allowed over the 14-game stretch, the Quebec native lines up with a good chance of making it onto the scoresheet Wednesday.
Wing
Alexander Steen, STL vs BOS ($5,300): Over the last month, the Bruins have allowed the second-most fantasy points to right wingers with 13 goals and 19 assists surrendered over 14 games. Steen had a goal and an assist in his last outing, breaking a three-games scoring drought, and draws in on the first line and top power-play unit in Wednesday's home matchup.
Sam Reinhart, BUF vs ARI ($5,600): Over his last eight outings, the right winger has nine points, five of which are goals, has 42 points in 72 games this year. Reinhart is a weapon on the power play with eight tallies.
Ryan Donato, BOS at STL ($4,200): The Harvard product scored a goal and added two assists with six shots on goal in his NHL debut. The Hobey Baker award finalist is slotted in on Boston's second line and top power-play unit and draws a great matchup with the Blues, who've allowed 11 goals and 10 assists to right wingers over the last 12 games.
Defense
Brandon Montour, ANH at CGY ($4,100): Montour has three goals, an assist and 12 SOG over his last four games. The Flames have allowed an astounding 35 points to defensemen over their last 14 games. Mountour is skating on the top defensive pairing and top power-play unit and has skated an average of 20:05 of ice time.
Rasmus Ristolainen, BUF vs ARI ($5,200): Ristolainen has two points, both assists, 15 SOG and four blocked shots over his last three games. He's an ice-time machine, averaging 26:05, which is fourth-most in the league. Ristolainen's floor is solid at his salary as he accumulates points with SOG and blocked shots, and he has 35 points on the campaign — 18 of which have come with the man advantage.
