Goalie
Antti Raanta, ARI at VAN ($7,500): Raanta should be ready to go after being a late scratch before Monday's contest and draws a favorable matchup against the Canucks, who are going to be without top-scorer Brock Boeser for the foreseeable future. Vancouver was already struggling to consistently score goals with 2.73 GPG. Raanta has won his last three starts, allowing just four goals over that span. In the event that Raanta does not start, Darcy Kuemper is a fine pivot option.
Center
Derek Stepan, ARI at VAN ($6,000): The Canucks have been struggling defensively, especially against the center position, allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to pivots over the last four weeks. Over that 13-game span, they've allowed 16 goals and 27 assists to them and Stepan comes into Wednesday's clash with a point in three of his last four games.
Mikael Backlund, CGY at BUF ($5,400): With a point in three of his last five games, three goals and three assists over that span, Backlund comes in primed to continue his productive play against the Sabres, who have a GAA of 3.23. With 13 goals and 28 assists on the campaign, Backlund continues to be a value option centering a productive second line for Calgary with Matthew Tkachuk and Michael Frolik on his wings.
Wing
Patric Hornqvist, PIT at PHI ($6,300): Hornqvist has 18 goals on the campaign, 11 of which have come on the power play, which is third-most in the league among wingers. The Swede is averaging 8.25 high-danger scoring chances per 60 minutes, which is second in the league, and has two goals, one assist and nine shots on goal in his last three games against the Flyers.
Sam Reinhart, BUF vs CGY ($5,200): Reinhart has quietly had a nice season for the struggling Sabres and has been especially impressing over his last seven games. Over that span, Reinhart has a point in six games with three goals, four assists and 24 SOG. His ability on the power play (seven goals) boosts his upside in a home matchup against the Flames, who have lost their last four games.
Clayton Keller, ARI at VAN ($5,100): Keller has plateaued a bit in his rookie campaign as he has 17 goals and 29 assists in 65 games. The 19-year-old hasn't scored a goal in his last seven games, but he does have two assists in his last three outings. Vancouver allows 3.24 GPG, which is fourth-most in the league. The Canucks allow 11.12 high-danger scoring chances per 60 minutes, and Keller fits in well as part of a first-line mini-stack with center Derek Stepan.
Defense
Rasmus Ristolainen, BUF vs CGY ($5,400): The young blueliner has five points in his last eight games with two goals, five assists and 24 shots on goal over that stretch. The Flames have allowed 12 goals and 24 assists over their last 14 games, contributing to the third-most fantasy points allowed over the last four weeks. Ristolainen offers a lot of value, accruing points from shots on goal and blocked shots even when he's not producing goals or assists.
Ivan Provorov, PHI vs PIT ($5,200): The 21-year-old has 32 points while averaging 2.44 SOG and 2.1 blocks per game. The Penguins have allowed 28 points to defensemen over the last four weeks. Provorov provides salary relief as a pivot off teammate Shayne Gostisbehere, as well.
