Goalie
Connor Hellebuyck, WPG at STL ($8,300): The Jets look to continue their strong play against the Western Conference when they take on the Blues in St. Louis. Hellebuyck is familiar with the Blues and shut them out in two of their last three matchups. The young net minder has won three of his last four games overall and is second in the NHL in wins (31) and shutouts (5). The Blues have struggled of late, losing their last four games while scoring just seven goals over that span.
Center
Mikko Koivu, MIN at NYR ($5,700): The veteran Koivu will look to take advantage of the Rangers' inability to limit center ice men. Over the last four weeks, the Rangers have allowed the second-most fantasy points to pivots including 21 goals and 27 assists over the 11-game span. In his last five games against the Rangers, Koivu has recorded three goals and three assists.
Bo Horvat, VAN at VGK ($5,600): Horvat's salary hasn't been more than $5,600 since Feb. 6 even though he's been red hot in his last seven games. Over that span, Horvat has tallied four goals, dished out two assists and has fired 15 shots on goal. He's centering a line with rookie sensation Brock Boeser and Sven Baertschi, which makes for a high upside tournament stack.
Wing
Alex Tuch, VGK vs. VAN ($3,500): Tuch has been a relevant value option for the majority of the season for the high-scoring Golden Knights. He's recorded 11 goals and 16 assists, with two tallies coming on the power play this season, and has a solid floor at such a bargain. He's seen at least 15 minutes of ice time in his last three contests on the second line and top power-play unit.
Kyle Connor, WPG at STL ($5,700): After a very quiet month of January with just three goals, Connor has come back to life with five goals in nine games in February, including three tallies in his last three contests. The first-line winger has fired 21 shots on goal over his last six games with at least three shots in each of those contests. The Jets have scored 16 goals in their last three games, and look to win their fourth game in these two teams' last six meetings.
Jeff Skinner, CAR vs. PIT ($6,400): Skinner comes into a matchup with the Penguins in great form, with five goals in his last five games. The sniper has averaged 5.83 high-danger scoring chances per 60 minutes — the fifth-highest mark among left wingers. With 3.43 shots on goal per game on average, Skinner has a great shot of making his way onto the scoresheet on Friday.
Defense
Marc-Edouard Vlasic, SJ at CHI ($4,600): The Blackhawks have allowed the second-most fantasy points to defensemen over the last four weeks. Vlasic had his five-game point streak snapped on Thursday but still comes into Friday with six assists in his last six games. Vlasic plays as a nice pivot off of teammate Brent Burns, who comes in at $7,200.
Mathew Dumba, MIN at NYR ($4,700): The Wild have a plethora of defensemen who can do damage, and Dumba is a sneaky option with good offensive upside. The Rangers have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points over the last month to defensemen, including the most goals, 10, over that span. In his last four games, Dumba has three assists and 12 shots on goal. Expect that production to go up against the reeling Rangers.
