T4 in Australia
December 3, 2022
Canizares posted a four-day total of seven-under par and finished in a tie for fourth place at the ISPS HANDA Australian Open.
ANALYSIS
Canizares carded the lowest round (64) in the field Sunday, which catapulted the Spaniard from outside the top 20 to inside the top 5. If not for a second-round 73, he likely would've been in final-round contention, but a fourth place finish is nonetheless a very strong start to the 2023 season for the DP World Tour veteran.
