Past Fantasy Outlooks
2022
2021
Entering his second season in the NFL, Stevenson will compete for the full-time role as both the Bills' kick and punt returner. As a rookie, the 2021 sixth-rounder returned 14 punts with an average of 9.4 yards and seven kicks at 23.6 yards apiece. He'll have a shot to compete for return duty once again this coming season, while also providing wide receiver depth.
Stevenson was a sixth-round pick in this year's draft and will battle for one of the last chairs in Buffalo's wide receiver room. His kick and punt return skills could win him that seat though, because the Bills are looking for new returners and they may have drafted Stevenson for that very reason.

Joseph Person of The Athletic has Stevenson making the team in his projection of Carolina's 53-man roster.
ANALYSIS
Carolina will likely keep whichever one of Stevenson, Shi Smith or Damiere Byrd impresses most as a punt returner in training camp and the preseason. Stevenson returned 14 punts for 132 yards and seven kickoffs for 165 yards with the Bills in 2021. His average of 9.4 yards per punt return is superior to Smith's mark of 6.2 and Byrd's 7.5.
