Rowe signed with the Panthers this offseason after spending the 2022 campaign with the Dolphins. Playing 14 games, he finished with 56 tackles, two sacks and two forced fumbles. In Carolina, he'll join a safety cohort that includes Jeremy Chinn, Xavier Woods and fellow free-agent addition Vonn Bell. That crowded group could restrict Rowe to reserve snaps behind Bell in new coordinator Ejiro Evero's scheme.
