Rest-of-Season Projections
Done with Las Vegas
The Raiders cut Wesley from their practice squad Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
Less than a week after signing him to its practice squad, Las Vegas decided it was time to part ways with the 25-year-old Wesley. The lanky receiver will now have to seek another opportunity to make an impression elsewhere.

With Kyler Murray in recovery mode from last year's season-ending knee injury and a new coaching staff in town, the Cardinals are in the midst of a rebuild in a top-heavy NFC West.
2022 Fantasy Outlook
A UDFA signing of the Ravens in May 2019, Wesley spent that campaign on the practice squad and 2020 on IR. After joining the Cardinals last May, he emerged from the preseason with a spot on the roster, made his NFL debut Week 3, caught his first pass as a pro Week 8 and ended up starting four games due to injuries in the receiving corps. Overall, he put together a 19-208-3 line on 32 targets while playing 44.2 percent of the snaps on offense in his 15 appearances. With DeAndre Hopkins set to miss the first six games of the coming campaign, Wesley again may hold some sway as a boundary threat at 6-4 in the early going.
