Terron Armstead
33-Year-Old
2024 Fantasy Outlook
Armstead is one of the best tackles in the league -- when healthy. The 33-year-old returns for another year after mulling retirement earlier in the offseason, and he missed seven games in 2023. When the five-time Pro Bowler is available, Tua Tagovailoa will be able to rely on top-notch protection, but if Armstead's pattern of missing time continues, the Dolphins will be vulnerable any time he's sidelined. Ready for Week 5
Armstead (concussion) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Patriots, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Armstead missed the Dolphins' Week 4 loss to the Titans after suffering a concussion the prior week, but it now appears he's passed protocols. Expect the 33-year-old offensive lineman to serve as the Dolphins' top left tackle in Week 5.

Armstead, alongside the likes of Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, is one of the Dolphins' pillars on offense. A perennial Pro Bowler but also oft-injured star at left tackle, Miami's pass protection should be reliable as long as Armstead is on the field, but this offense may come and go as he does.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Remains uncertain about future
Armstead told Grant Gordon of NFL.com on Saturday that he is "taking time away from the game" and is undecided about returning for the 2024 season.
ANALYSIS
Armstead missed 13 of the Dolphins' 17 regular-season games while dealing with multiple injuries. The 32-year-old tackle out of Arkansas-Pine Bluff has three years left on his five-year, $75 million contract he signed with Miami in March of 2022. Gordon points out that Armstead has not played every single game of a season during his 11-year career and has played 23 of a possible 34 games with the Dolphins over the past two seasons. Armstead admitted that it would be difficult to retire, noting that "when you're not playing, it's an empty feeling. It's hard to deal with."
