Haye was signed by the Bucs on Tuesday, the St. Petersburg Times reports.

ANALYSIS
Haye was a solid defensive lineman for the Bucs from 2006 to 2008, but has struggled ever since signing a big contract with the Titans prior to the 2009 season. Given his familiarity with the Tampa-2 defense, and the team's defensive struggles and injuries on the defensive line, Haye might actually play some as the season winds down, but not enough to make any sort of fantasy impact.

Haye will be going into the 2010 season as the starting left defensive tackle position.

Haye was signed as a free agent to start as a defensive tackle in the Titans rotation. He is a high-motor player, who can rush the passer well. He was very productive in 2007 with 97 tackles, but had his 2008 year shortened by injuries.

Haye received the opportunity to start in 2007 and took advantage of it by having the second highest sack total for defensive tackles in the NFL (6.0). He should be able to sustain those numbers in 2008.

He'll compete for a starting under tackle role in camp.

Backup defensive lineman.
