McBath (foot) reached an injury settlement with the 49ers, the Sacramento Bee's Matt Barrows reports.

ANALYSIS
A second-round pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, McBath was previously placed on injured reserve but can now sign with a team and play before the end of the season, health permitting. While he's a solid special teamer, the fifth-year safety has just 52 career tackles and is not an IDP consideration.
