Rest-of-Season Projections
The Bengals officially placed Ndukwe (knee) on season-ending injured reserve Monday, the Cincinnati Enquirer's Joe Reedy reports.
ANALYSIS
We don't know much about the exact nature of the injury, but it looked serious on the field, and Ndukwe is done for 2010. Reggie Nelson is behind him on the depth chart and may slide into the starting lineup.

2009 Fantasy Outlook
If you're looking for a reason to be optimistic about the Bengals, look no further than their developing young secondary. Ndukwe emerged as a potentially strong IDP last year, only to have his production scuttled by a torn arch in his foot, missing five games and most of another one. He's a bit of a ballhawk from the safety position, and one of the few Bengals capable of rushing the passer successfully. He's a sleeper in leagues that require teams to start DB's.
