Despite entering his 13th year in the league, Law remains a solid cover corner. Since he’s never been a reliable tackler, most of his fantasy value stems from his nose for interceptions, which makes him a hit-or-miss IDP play.
It's hard to envision the 32-year-old veteran having a repeat 10-interception campaign in 2006, but he provides the Chiefs two strong bookend cornerbacks with Patrick Surtain on the other side.
His Pro-Bowl talent and Super Bowl experience will combine to supply leadership and play-making ability for the entire defense.
The All-Pro spent part of his offseason trashing the Patriots' organization and part of it saying that he wants to retire in New England. Law seems to finally have realized that getting paid big bucks to play with the defending Super Bowl champs is not such a bad gig after all. He carries a big contract, but the team isn't quite ready to pull a Milloy here, so expect Law to go out and have another Pro-Bowl caliber season.
