Productive in Thursday's win
Wright hauled in all nine targets for 68 yards and one touchdown during Thursday's 38-31 victory over Tulsa.
ANALYSIS
Wright had one of his best performances of the season in Thursday's win. He caught a season-high nine passes and scored a touchdown in his sixth consecutive outing. With Chase Sowell (hamstring) leaving the game with an injury, Wright could continue to see high volume next Saturday at North Texas if Sowell is forced to miss the game.

2021 Fantasy Outlook
Wright projects to be the top receiver for the Mountaineers after corralling 47 catches for 553 yards and two touchdowns on 68 targets in the 2020 season. With Jarret Doege returning at quarterback, there's a good chance Wright can top that production as West Virginia attempts to build on their 6-4 record from a year ago. As a team, they weren't too bad through the air in 2020 with 277.5 passing yards per game which ranked 28th in the nation. Wright is part of an experienced receiving corps which also includes Bryce Ford-Wheaton, T.J. Simmons and Sam James. Wright provides the most explosive talent in that group.
