Philyor announced Saturday via his personal Twitter account he will forgo a fifth season at Indiana to enter the 2021 NFL Draft.
ANALYSIS
Philyor broke out as a junior in 2019, catching 70 balls for 1,002 yards and five touchdowns. He followed it up with similarly impressive per-game production during the shortened 2020 campaign, logging 54 catches for 495 yards and three scores in eight games. Philyor is part of a deep wide receiver class, but he could hear his name called on the second or third day of the draft. His departure will leave Ty Fryfogle as Indiana's top receiver heading into 2021.

2020 Fantasy Outlook
After an injury-plagued 2018 campaign, Philyor exploded onto the scene with 70 catches for 1,002 yards and five touchdowns. He basically doubled his career yardage numbers in one season, even though he again missed action, this time with a concussion. There were some games where the Indiana receiver was truly dominant. Philyor had 14 catches against both Michigan State and Nebraska, and had 10 catches for 182 yards versus Rutgers. Of course, there were also games where he was basically a non-factor. There is a real hit-or-miss factor to Philyor, but when he hits there are not many receivers who can make an impact like the senior.
