Tate bounced around from running back to wide receiver before returning to running back with minimal success in 2012. He averaged just 3.5 yards per carry, but managed to score eight times despite the presence of Zac Stacy, who’s now departed. Maybe Tate is still wide receiver eligible in your league, which would give him some sneaky value, but as a running back, his yardage upside is probably limited.
